1. What are the characteristics of a good discussion of results in your research?


- Any surprising discoveries should be discussed in the comments section. Important discoveries
are discussed. Comparison of your findings to those of other authors. The study's strengths and
weaknesses. The discussion chapter is where you delve into the meaning, importance and
relevance of your results.

2. Why should there be a discussion of findings in your research?


- The discussion section's objective is to analyze and clarify the relevance of your results in
relation to what was officially reported about the research topic being investigated, as well as to
explain any new knowledge or insights that developed as a consequence of your study.

3. How should you present your discussion of the results in your research?
- Include information regarding data processing and interpretation, as well as statistical
significance tests. For the sake of your academic article's credibility, report statistically
insignificant study findings. When reporting your study findings, use the past tense. One of the
final sections of a research report is the discussion section, in which the author summarizes,
analyzes, and interprets their results. They discuss the relevance of the findings and how they
relate to the study topic (s).
