“CHANGE”

Assalamu’alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh.

Hello sunshine my name is Khana Aulia Hardina, I'm from SMPN 1 Tenggarong. Today I'm going to tell
you about my storytelling. It is a daily inspiration story with the title "CHANGE" Hope all of you enjoy
ladies and gentlemen.

Once upon a time, there was a little girl that was really diligent in taking notes of her lessons by her
teacher. She was enjoyed when she wrote it. Her name is Kavina.

"Is she smart?"

"No, she's not."

"Oh… what a Pity."

It's a reproach that Kavina hears every day. She diligently takes notes in the hope she could quickly
learn her lessons, although she couldn't look at her progress now, Kavina believes in the sentence that
says "NO MATTER HOW HARD A ROCK, IF IT DROPPED WITH WATER CONTINUOUSLY, THEN THE STONE
WILL HAVE THE HOLES AND BREAK."

Until someday she was registered by her school to join in a storytelling competition. Kavina wanted to
refuse this offer because she knew her chances to win in this competition was not big. She didn't want
to make her parents and her school who had hoped for her disappoint. Kavina thinks.

Her parent said "No probs. Just join that to make a new experience." Although still doubtful, she tried
to accept this opportunity. It's only 7 days left before the competition. But she tried as hard as she
could.

Arsena. He is Kavina's best friend whose age difference with Kavina is about 6 years older than Kavina.

Kavina asks him what should she do now. She feels confused as to where to start from. Arsena just
smile then said "What's the problem? Just try! THE FAILURE OF PEOPLE WHO HAVE TRY AND HAVEN'T
TRY IS different. If you find it difficult to learn by taking notes. Remember this! “Change the plan but
never the goal..... Fighting Kavina!!"

Kavina thought it about a minute then agreed to what Arsena said. She tried as hard in the remaining
time she had. When Kavina tried, it didn't seem as difficult as she thought.

Day after day passed.The day of the competition comes. Kavina was waiting for the MC to called her
name. She tries to keep calm as she could because all her teachers watched her now.

"KAVINA.Please start." called the MC made Kavina stand up from her chair.

Kavina start to be a storyteller in this competition.At first, she felt tense but the feeling was getting
lose longer and longer. Kavina sat back when she finished it with her cold hands, waiting for the
comments from the judges. But, when she waits for it. Suddenly a message came into her smartphone,
bringing up the name of Arsena on her screen.
 “Congrats you did it”

Kavina was a little bit confused with Arsena's message, what was he mean? But she immediately came
to her sense when the judges gathered again.

"Excellent Kavina.I love the theme you chose. But maybe it can be better if you make an explain more
about the sentence that says "THE WIND DOESN'T WIGGLE THE TREES BUT INSTEAD TESTS THE
STRENGTH OF IT'S ROOTS."

Kavina in silence stared at the judge who spoke with the name tag in his chest that read ARSENA.

Then Kavina realized what happened. She smile at him and answer "Alright Sir. I'll try to explain it
better. Thanks a lot for your suggestion and correction."

Kavina was grateful that Arsena didn't say he is the judge and helped her until she can stand up in this
place. Then she was glad she didn't give up so easily.

Okay from this story i'm want to tell you something.

Expect trouble as an inevitable part of life, and when it comes, hold your head high, look it squarely in
the eye and say, ‘I will be bigger than you. You cannot defeat me. The best way out of a difficulty is
through it. Difficulties give us the opportunity to prove our greatness by overcoming them.

Maybe just that's all i could tell to you i'm so sorry if i had a mistake in my word, sentence,
pronunciation, or maybe some else. That's all.
