INTERVIEW TIPS / TERMS AND CONDITIONS


1. Keep 3 x Copies each of all your Documents pertaining to Qualification (mandatory)
✓ Degree Certificate
✓ +2 Pass Certificate
✓ Resume + Covering Letter
✓ Always keep 6 to 8 Passport Size Photographs ready

In case your results are declared immediately, after the interview, you should be able to
handover all the Documents for prompt Visa Processing.

2. Please do not handover any documents to the Recruiter unless aske d.

3. Keep 1 x Black and Blue Ballpen, Ruled Note Book and A4 Size Sheets x 5 that represents you are,
Interested and Dedicated Candidate for the Interview

4. As dress code please avoid bright colors likely orange,yellow,pink,red,skyblue.

5. Raise your hands by observing the timing of the Recruiter’s hands to shake hands.

6. Use shades of grey, black, brown ,dark green, navy blue as dress code as boldness

7. Wear your sunglasses if your interview is in the morning to show your diplomacy and boldness

8. Please wear a steel or black leather watch that represents your personality as Disciplined. If any
group interview prefer steel watch.

9. Please keep a pet bottle on the table to represent that you are health conscious

10. Please keep 2 Plastic Cups with you in case your Recruiter feels thirsty

11. Please keep 2 x small candy or chocolates with you kitkat or cadburys for emergency

12. Remain standing unless asked to be seated by your Recruiter, and please only laugh once.

13. Focus the eye movement of the Recruiter and please do not move your
eyes form left to right. Stay focused on the body language of the Recruiter

14. Please relax and do not cross your legs while being seated

15. Answer as many questions possible and say “Thank you” after each answer.

16. If you do not know any answer, please say “I’m Sorry, I don’t know”.

17. Use Sir or Madam, every 2 to 3 minutes during the conversation.

18. During Viva swing your hands and express your involvement in your personality

19. Offer a small Chocolate Caduburys or Kitkat once your interview is over that indicates that you are
outside the comfort zone and placing the Recruiter in your comfort zone.

Always make sure the Recruiter is comfortable, offer water to drink or any snack if required.
