Introduction
Bproperty is a reputable real estate specialist with an extensive understanding of Bangladesh's
real estate market to help people and businesses make the best choice to meet their real estate
needs (Ahmed, 2020). Since 2016, Bproperty has grown to be Bangladesh's largest real estate
transactional firm and the country's exclusive real estate solutions provider (Bproperty).
Bproperty is the first to cater to the needs of those with real estate queries, whether property
search or customization, by combining an unmatched online and offline presence with their
unmatched database of information.

Main Discussion
Current Noticeable Content of Bproperty
Bproperty often markets real estate in two different ways: offline and online. They take extreme
measures in offline marketing, from customer service to site branding, to ensure that their
property reaches the most significant number of individuals. To contact their customers, they
also host property fairs and use print media.

They considered every possibility when developing their online marketing plan. One of the
main ways they sell their property is through their website.

They go above and above to ensure their property reaches the ideal purchaser. They use ads,
email, video, and social media marketing. They offer an outstanding blog with hundreds of
well-written articles in both Bangla and English about lifestyle, the real estate sector, and the
economy. (Khan, 2021) Last but not least, they entirely use their Bproperty app, which is
available for iOS and Android.

Digital Marketing Strategy


Bproperty is a platform-based business model that provides services by connecting producers
and consumers and helping them make transactions. Platform sponsors profit from every
transaction made possible between two or more actors through transaction fees. Bproperty
functions in a similar way. Bproperty uses its platform to build a tangible link between
landlords and tenants. The procedure is straightforward for commercial and residential renters:
landlords list their properties on the market. A potential renter can start looking at homes within
a week after signing a lease because of Bproperty's extensive listing database. The tenant
receives the entire service for free after completing the transaction, and the landlord needs to
pay 50% of the first month's rent.

The Effectiveness of Strategy


Despite having a very modest share of the market, Bproperty is expanding. There are currently
between 2 and 3 million secondary property transactions taking place only in Dhaka. This fact
demonstrates the sector's promising future. But when we compare it with similar types of
platform businesses, we can see that it still has a lot of room to improve (Uddin, 2019).
Moreover, it mainly provides services for families. Even though there are thousands of
bachelors across the country, they don’t offer any services for the bachelors. Besides, people
now spend most of their time on social media, but their activities on places like Facebook,
Twitter, and LinkedIn are not that noticeable.

Suggestions for Bproperty


Even though Bproperty is continuously expanding, it is constantly facing many obstacles. In
this digital era, companies can replace them at any time with better service and quality. So,
they should follow other similar international platform-based businesses to make their service
more satisfying (Glickman, 2014). Moreover, they should concentrate more on social media
marketing. They can use Facebook, Twitter, or LinkedIn as a marketing platform. If they can
execute social media marketing flawlessly, they will undoubtedly be able to draw in a sizable
consumer base. Besides, they should also add bachelors as their new target market, which will
help them expand their audience, boost their market share, and increase their revenue.

Bproperty's content and digital marketing approach. It has also critically examined their
efficacy and offered some suggestions for improvement.
