temporary increase in work at the Client, which shall not extend for a period longer than 12 months in order for the Employee who is a learner to participate in the learnership at the Client in order for the Employee who is a student to gain experience the Employee’s Prescribed Services are required for specified limited-duration project at the Client the Employee is a non-citizen with a work permit which restricts the length of time the Employee is able to render his/her services at the Client as a result of the seasonality of the Prescribed Services at the Client the Employee is required to render the Prescribed Services for a Client Project with limited external funding the Employee is beyond his agreed retirement age
