Pretty wild that the only guy who even mentioned the housing crisis owns rental propery. If he doesnt fix
things the next generation will be fully screwed.

I dont think the homeless stabbings or drug use will drop otherwise, we'll be living back like its the 1970s
crack epidemic, which itself was also caused by poverty and high unemployment.
