XE4000 液压挖掘机为超大吨位的单斗反铲履带式柴动液压挖掘机，是徐工集团集

多年研发经验，自主创新研制的产品，具有多项自主知识产权。可满足多种矿山施工工

况，该超大型液压挖掘机的设计研发，集科技化、智能化、人性化为一身，在各种复杂

重载工况下，具有卓越的作业能力，整机性能达到国际先进、国内领先水平。

XE4000 Hydraulic Shovel is a super-tonnage single bucket crawler

diesel-driven hydraulic backhoe excavator developed by XCMG with years of

research&development experience and independent innovation, having a

number of independent intellectual property rights. It can meet a variety of mine

construction conditions, the design and development of the super large hydraulic

excavator is a combination of technology, intelligence and humanization. Under

various complex conditions, it has excellent operating capacity, and the

performance of the whole machine has reached the international advanced and

domestic leading level.

XE4000 液压挖掘机整机重量 384 吨，发动机功率 1491KW。反铲标配斗容 22m3。

单斗一次能够掘起重达 40 吨以上的物料，铲斗最大挖掘机力达 1057KN、斗杆最大挖

掘力 961KN。主要应用于大型露天矿山的剥离和采装，具有卓越的作业能力。

The XE4000 Hydraulic Shovel weighs about 384 tons with a motor power

of 1491KW. Its bucket capacity is 22 m3, the lifting weight of the single bucket

reaches 40 tons, the maximum stacking force of bucket rod is 1057 KN, and the

maximum breakout force of bucket is 961KN. It is mainly used in stripping and

识别车辆自身位姿状态，实现倾翻预警，动作限制，提升操作安全性；在泵、马达泄油

口处设置的油污传感器及压力传感器有助于液压元件的预防性维护，降低泵、马达等因

杂质进入而损坏的风险，保证整个液压系统的安全；可选配 MusterⅡ或安素自动灭火

系统，对动力舱、泵室等位置进行全方位保护，保证设备使用安全。
