1. General Introduction
XPY1100 移动圆锥式破碎站性能可靠、造型美观，配备高可靠性的多缸液压圆锥
式破碎机及液压润滑系统、先进的电气控制、自适应发动机功率匹配等关键成熟技术，
整机设计达到国际先进水平，可以广泛用于各种磨蚀性较强的天然石料的中碎及细碎处
理，且可扩展应用于矿山领域。
XPY1100 movable cone crushing station has reliable performances and a pleasant
appearance, and is equipped with a multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher, a hydraulic
lubrication system, an advanced electric control system and self-adaptive engine power
matching technology, and the overall machine design has reached world advanced level. It is
widely used for coarse crushing of highly abrasive natural stones and for intermediate and
fine crushing, and the application can be extended to mining field.

（一）动力系统 Power system
➢ 采用原装进口斯堪尼亚（DC13-071A）电控、直喷、6 冲程、水冷、涡轮增压、
空空中冷、六缸大扭矩低转速发动机，额定功率为 364KW，转速为 1500r/min。

➢ It carries a Scania (DC13-071A) engine imported with original packaging. The
engine has such features: electronic control, direct injection, 6 strokes, water cooling,
turbo charging, air intercooler, six cylinders, large torque and low speed of
revolution, whose rated power and revolution speed are 364KW and 1500r/min.
➢ 进气系统为两级过滤，配有空气预滤器，选用高质量的美国唐纳森轴向密封空
滤器，能适应多粉尘等恶劣工况，过滤效果提高至 99.99%，滤芯寿命提高 2
倍。
➢ Air intake system that has two filtration stages can adapt to harsh dusty working
conditions, as it is equipped with an air prefilter and a high quality Donaldson
axial-seal air filter imported from America, filtering effect has increased to 99.99%
and filter element lifespan has doubled.
➢ 该发动机具有高可靠性、高适应性的优点，排放达到欧洲Ⅲ阶段标准，是专门
针对工程机械作业工况精心设计制造的产品。
➢ This engine is highlighted by its high reliability and high adaptability, and it meets
Euro III stage emission standard, because it is meticulously designed to adapt to
working conditions of construction machinery.

（二）液压系统 Hydraulic system
➢ 液压系统由履带行走系统、油缸调节系统组成；
➢ The hydraulic system consists of crawler travel system and oil cylinder regulation
system.
➢ 履带行走系统包含串联闭式泵、补油泵、行走马达及解除制动阀，实现履带行
走系统无级调速和远程控制；
➢ Crawler travel system includes series-connected closed pumps, slippage pump,

walking motor and brake release valve; these components can achieve stepless speed
regulation and remote control of the crawler travel system.
➢ 油缸调节系统由齿轮泵供油，通过集成阀块及多路阀分配流量，实现调节及控
制油缸。
➢ Oil cylinder regulation system is fueled by gear pump, whose flow is distributed via
integrated valve block and multi-way valve, so as to achieve regulation and control
of the oil cylinder.

（二）进料斗 Feed hopper
➢ 进料斗临时储存物料；
➢ Feed hopper stores materials for temporary;
➢ 进料斗设计要求强度高、耐冲击；
➢ Design requirements of the feed hopper are high strength and good impact resistance;
➢ 进料斗落料点处可加装耐磨钢板；
➢ Anti-wear steel plates can be optionally added to the material dropping point;
➢ 进料斗平装容积应大于 4.6m³，扩展容积为 6 m³。
➢ Level loading capacity should be more than 4.6m3 and the expanded capacity is 6m3.

（三）振动给料机 Vibration feeder
➢ 振动给料机槽体由钢板焊接而成，采用敞口形式，槽体底板加装耐磨衬板，延
长使用寿命；
➢ Feeder trough is welded with steel sheet and is an open type. Trough bottom plate is
armed with anti-wear lining plate to extend the lifespan;
➢ 减振弹簧支撑，在启停过程中能快速通过共振区，降低振动噪音，有效控制设
备横向摆动，提高使用寿命；
➢ It is supported with damper spring, can quickly pass resonance zone during start and
stop process, so as to reduce vibrating noise, control lateral swing and increase
service life;
➢ 采用较变频器孔振动电机转速，根据破碎主机负载情况进行实时调节。
➢ A frequency converter is mounted to real time adjust vibration motor speed

according to crusher load.

（四）输送系统 Conveying system
➢ 输送系统包含给料输送机、主输送机，可选配返料输送机，主要承担物料的输
送；
➢ Conveying system includes feedstock conveyors and the main conveyor, and an
optional material return conveyor. The system mainly undertakes material conveying
mission.
➢ 主梁采用 C 型折弯板焊接而成的梯状结构，安全可靠；
➢ The main beam has a ladder structure welded with C shaped bending plates, which is
safe and reliable.
➢ 输送皮带采用高强度输送带，耐磨实用；

restrains the dust raised during the output of materials and thus meets environmental
protection requirements.

（六）磁选机 Magnetic separator

（七）机架总成 Frame assembly
➢ 机架与履带梁结构焊接于一体；

应力集中区域增加筋板、垫板等结构。
