1. General Introduction
XFT1860 移动式筛分站是徐工移动式破碎筛分设备系列产品中的重要一员，以精
益的制造、专业的设计、优异的可靠性给您带来非凡的使用体验。
XFT1860 movable screening station plays an important role in XCMG movable crushing and
screening equipment series and brings you extraordinary user experience with its refined manufacturing,
professional design and excellent dependability.
XFT1860 移动式筛分站集给料、筛分和输送于一体，能直接对物料做第一线的现
场筛分作业，免除物料运离现场再筛分的中间环节，极大降低了物料的运输费用，优化
工艺流程使其具有更高经济性；三轴椭圆振动筛，具有大振幅、高筛分效率，不易堵孔、
堵料，特别适合中、细料的筛分，广泛用于采石场，建筑垃圾处理、矿山等领域。
XFT1860 movable screening station is integrated with stock-feeding, screening and conveying
functions, can offer direct on-field screening service at the front line, it cuts the re-screening process, which
is needed after stocks are delivered away from the site, and this greatly reduces transportation expenses.
Optimized technological process makes it more economical; the three-shaft elliptical vibrating screen has
large amplitude, high screening efficiency and low rates of plugged holes and system blockage. It is very
suitable for screening medium and fine aggregates and is widely applied to quarry and mine as well as
disposal of construction waste.

➢ Crawler walking is under wireless remote control, and the adjustment of walking
speed is under electronic proportional control, which makes the overall machine walk
more stably and reliably.

（一）动力系统 (I) Power System
采用玉柴 YCA07P210-T400 发动机，最大输出功率 154kW，省油、动力强、结
构紧凑、重量轻。液压油泵与发动机直联，动力输送平稳、高效。
Yuchai YCA07P210-T400 Engine, max. output power: 154kW, the engine is fuel
economical, high-performing, compact and lightweight. Hydraulic oil pump is in direct
connection with engine, resulting in steady and efficient power output.
（二）液压系统 (II) Hydraulic system
液压系统采用采用多泵多阀液压驱动模式，动力强劲。大排量摆线马达提供超大扭
矩驱动输送机运转，高压柱塞马达驱动筛分机运转，所有执行机构均可以方便的进行速
度调节。液压系统中各功能元件均采用知名品牌的液压元件，确保了产品液压系统的高
可靠性。
The hydraulic system is driven by multiple pumps and valves and is powerful. The
large-displacement gerotor motor offers super-large torque to drive up the conveyor while the
high-pressure piston motor enables the screening machine to work; the speeds of all the
execution units are under convenient control. All the functional parts in hydraulic systems are
famous brands, which demonstrate the high reliability of the hydraulic system of this

（三）电气系统 (III) Electric system

整机配有彩色显示屏，可动态显示设备各种工作参数，可实时记录设备各种工作数
据，故障报警和自动切断工作状态功能。配置无线遥控器，携带、操作方便，可实现多
种功能的远程操作，增加了操作的便利性。
The machine has a colored display that shows various working parameters in a dynamic
way and it can real time record working data, give fault alarms and automatically cut off the
machine from its working state. It is equipped with a wireless remote control, which is
portable and convenient for operation, supports remote operation of multiple functions and
increases operating convenience.
（四）筛分系统 (IV) Screening system
筛分机为三轴椭圆振动筛，椭圆运动轨迹使振动筛有更高的筛分效率和准确性；三
轴激振器，产生高激振力、大振幅，不易堵孔、堵料，特别适合中、细料的筛分；液压
马达驱动，激振过程平稳；筛分机可配置多种类型筛网，能够应对多种工况，适应性更
强。
The screening machine is a three-shaft elliptical vibrating screen, the elliptical motion
trail makes the vibrating screen more efficient and more accurate; the three-shaft vibration
exciter generates high exciting force, large amplitude and low rates of plugged holes and
system blockage, is very suitable for screening medium and fine aggregates; the drive of
hydraulic motor makes the exciting vibration smooth and steady; the screening machine can
be configured with various types of screening meshes to react to diversified working
conditions, which shows a strong adaptability.
（五）输送系统 (V) Conveying system
输送机主要承担筛分前和筛分后的物料输送。主梁采用 C 型折弯板焊接而成的梯状
框架结构，安全可靠。液压马达的驱动，带速可根据实际工作需要进行调节。
The conveyor mainly undertakes the pre-screening and post-screening material

conveying. The main beam has a ladder frame structure welded with C shaped bending plates,
which is safe and reliable. The system is driven by hydraulic motor, so the belt speed can be
adjusted according to the actual working situation.
