    FIRST WARNING LETTER

    This serves as a warning for the following misconducts:

    1. Multiple complaints from customers regarding your careless work performance eg. Didn’t
    turn off the tap for shower head after cleaning and destroyed the customer’s pan during
    cleaning
    2. Didn’t wear proper uniform during working hours

    We have given multiple verbal warnings prior to this warning letter hence we regret to inform that
    your employment with A1 Facility Services Pte Ltd will be terminated should you receive another
    warning letter from the company.

    We hope that you will learn from such incidents and improve on yourself.
