With Reference to your application, we are pleased to hire your services for

4. You will be abide by the service rules and regulations of the company which are in
force or which may come into force from time to time in relation to conduct,
discipline or any matter relating to service conditions. The Management
5. municate nor divulge any information connected with the business of the company
G including that of its clients nor take any documents, photograph or other official
paraphernalia of the company & its clients without the express consent of
Management.
6. You will be expected to work with high standard of integrity initiative, efficiency and
economy. During the course of your contract, you shall not engage yourself in any
other regular part time services or work without permission in writing from the
management.
7. During contract period you are eligible for eight day leave per month or as per
di
statutory provision applicable in your work location. Your working hours ‘10AM to
5PM’and holidays entitlement will be governed by Company Policy and as per the
requirement of the Client Company.
8. In case you remain absent or overstayed sanctioned leave for a continuous period of
8 days immediately after your joining on your own accord. You will have no claims to
re-instatement and/or any compensation thereof. Also management reserves the
right to terminate your services without any notice.

9. Your services can be terminated by either side by giving, to the other party, 15 day (s)
notice or salary in lieu thereof, However, in case of indiscipline, insubordination, non-
performance, dishonesty, negligence, submission of false information or non
submission of Testimonials or Credentials, the Management shall be at liberty to
terminate, your services without notice and payment in lieu thereof.
10. The present contract of your employment shall be for the period during which IndiGo
’s contract with its client remains in force (i.e. co-terminus with contract between
IndiGo& its client). In case, contract of IndiGo with its client is determined earlier
than the fixed on any account whatsoever, in that case the services of employee will
automatically come to an end. In case during the subsistence of that said contract,
the job requirement of the client ceases, then also, services, then also, services of an
employee will automatically come to an end.
11. You will be paid no salary in case you leave the services of the company within
20Days of your joining on your own accord. However, if the Management terminates
your services, you will be paid salary upto the Dadateute of your termination.
12. During the continuation of your employment your employment you will be
responsible for the safe upkeep of all equipment and property belonging to the
company or its client that may be entrusted to you to facilitate the performance of
your duties.
13. In case, you incur any liability due to false personal commitment then company will
not take any responsibility of same.
