The Department of Education Region Ill, through the Curriculum and Learning Management Division (CLMD), shall conduct tracking of learners/readers to gather relevant information in terms of their reading status and reading skills that would serve as baseline data relative to the crafting of projects, activities, and innovations to sustain the implementation of reading programs. 2. In this regard, this Office respectfully requests all Schools Division Offices to provide division-consolidated results of data of the following using the templates in Enclosures 1 and 2: 2.1 Barly Grade Reading Assessment in English and Filipino in K-Grade and 2.2 Phil-IRI in English in Filipino in Grades 4-10. 3. The Google Sheet template shall be shared with all Division Supervisors in English and Filipino and must encode their summary of data until October 29, 2021. 4.
