Sustainability at bru.

Sustainability is the ability to meet the needs of the present without compromising the ability of
future generations to meet their own needs.

Our Cups.
Stainless steel shell:  Although stainless steel is energy intensive during
production, more than 50% of it is made from remelted scrap metal. This means
that less mining for new, raw materials is necessary. Reusing your bru cup for
multiple years, ensures that you're making the Earth-friendly choice. If you do
one day decide to get rid of your cup, you can take it to your nearest scrap
metal facility for it to be melted down and made into something new.
Our packaging.

FSC®: We always use FSC® certified paper and cardboard. FSC® certifies
forests all over the world to ensure they meet the highest environmental and
social standards.

Reuse & recycling : Reusing is preferred to recycling as it reduces energy use

in an item's life-cycle. We re-use packaging whenever possible and encourage
our customers to do the same. When you receive a product from us, instead of
throwing the packaging away, consider folding it flat and keeping safe until you
can re-use it. Anything we can't reuse, we recycle whenever possible and hope
our customers do the same. Our cup packaging is 100% recyclable. We use
home compostable bags for protecting our cups and bottles from scratches,
please dispose of these in your food waste bin or compost.
Our war on waste

people throughout our supply chain to establish the fairest, most effective and
environmentally sustainable options we have available.
