Sepanjang tahun 2020, dapat dilihat
bahwa rata-rata harga beras kualitas premium
paling tinggi dibandingkan dengan kualitas
medium dan luar kualitas. Hal ini disebabkan
karena beras kualitas premium memiliki butir
patah atau broken yang rendah.

kualitas premium mencapai lebih dari 24 ribu
ton. Kualitas beras yang diproduksi sangat
berpengaruh pada harga beras disamping
jenis berasnya.
Untuk beras kualitas medium di
penggilingan mempunyai jumlah produksi
terbanyak. Beras ini mempunyai harga yang
berada pada tingkat menengah. Adapun
untuk beras luar kualitas, kurang diminati
karena butir patah yang dihasilkan paling
banyak, sehingga harganya di bawah kualitas
premium dan medium.

Price at Huller Level, there were ten paddy
varieties with the most number of observations,
there were IR 64 at 627 observations (41.33
percent), followed by Ciherang at 381
observations (25.12 percent), Inpari 32 at 129

campuran sebanyak 82 observasi

Sementara Varietas Logawa, Unggul,
Pepe, Lokal, Mapan, dan Pandan Wangi
masing-masing jumlah observasinya kurang
dari 5 persen.
Tabel 7 menunjukkan bahwa terdapat
varietas lainnya sebanyak 86 observasi (5,67
persen). Varietas lainnya tersebut terdiri dari
varietas-varietas yang biasanya hanya ada di
kabupaten tertentu saja.
(5,41 observations (8.50 percent) and mixed variety
at 82 observations (5,41 percent).
Meanwhile, Logawa, Unggul, Pepe, Lokal,
Mapan, dan Pandan Wangi varieties have less
than five percent observation for each.
Table 7 shows that there were other
varieties at 86 observations (5,67 percent).
These consisted of variety that usually only
exist in certain provinces.
