SEMI-BOILED SOAP-MAKING

This is a batch process, and also an all-in process, where all the raw materials
remain in the final product without formation of any by-product.

The soap produced includes all the glycerine contained in the oils as there is no
glycerine separation or washing of the soap.

This process is called "semi-boiled" as during saponification the temperature


never reaches the boiling point.
