the feedstock and suffer low production yields - typically 65% to 70%. Neutral Fuels sources direct in the local market, and can
optimize its production chemistry and superior production technology to achieve over 90% yield, frequently hitting 95% yield. As

Neutral Fuels has perfected the art of creating European and US standard biodiesel using emerging market raw materials due to
its proprietary biodiesel equipment. Today this uses a chemical transesterification process and unique enzyme based
esterification processes, researched, designed, and optimized in house. This allows the company to source a wider range of liquid
waste feedstocks, which are more plentiful and lower in cost.

 Unique Intellectual Property

Drawing on decades of experience in the IT industry, the Neutral Fuels team has developed a variety of unique patent applied for
technologies to fundamentally change the waste-to-biofuel market. The technologies together form the most sophisticated suite of
biofuel tools available today. Neutral Fuels uses leading-edge, cloud-based software and equipment developed in-house, in the
entire process end-to-end from oil collection, biofuel production, to fuel dispensing.
• Neutral Fuels’ proprietary and award-winning recycled oil collection containers, the subject of two patent applications, are
equipped with geolocation and oil level sensors. In addition, the proprietary mobile app enables a 100% paper-free oil collection
system “iCollect” that supports ISCC certification, a fully auditable waste stream for clients, and ensures compliance with local
health and municipality standards.
• Neutral Fuels has created a highly efficient “Vortex Reactor”, the subject of a third patent application. The equipment is
controlled by sophisticated digital control systems, and the in-house team of chemical engineers have developed bespoke
processes to achieve unprecedented levels of chemical conversion efficiency, without using any water in the process.
• The Company has recently achieved a scalable breakthrough, with a new technology which has the potential to more than double
the production throughput of each factory for a very small incremental cost. It is the subject of another patent application and is
expected to be trialed at commercial scale in 2022.
• Neutral Fuels uses Internet of Things (IoT) technology “iFuel” to track and dispense fuel via its fully licensed mobile and fixed
4 tankers. Digital fuel cards and sensors enable a 100% paperless process that is fully auditable.
 The Basel Convention is accelerating change

 Unique technology - paperless closed loop recycling
Neutral Fuels has implemented an entirely paper free closed loop system for
the recycling of McDonald’s used cooking oil into Net Zero Biofuel™.

The system consists of 7 steps:

1. McDonald’s delivery driver collects UCO from local McDonald’s
restaurants.
2. Time, date, location, and quantity of oil from each restaurant is digitally
recorded using the Neutral Fuels iCollect app on the driver’s internet
connected tablet.
3. Information instantly transmitted to the Neutral Fuels scalable cloud-
based portal.
4. Driver delivers the UCO to the nearest Neutral Fuels biorefinery,
recording the time, date, quantity, and location in the iCollect app to
continue the secure audit trail.
5. The driver uses a personal Neutral Fuels iFuel swipe card to start the
Neutral Fuels biofuel pump, filling up the truck’s fuel tank with pure Net
Zero Biofuel™.
6. The iFuel app records the time, date, location, and volume of fuel pumped
by that specific driver. The iFuel app automatically tracks each driver’s
fuel economy, enabling McDonald’s to monitor whether refresher driver

7. At month end, the collections and deliveries are automatically converted
