In the 2022-2023 academic year, it has been decided that the annual tuition fees to be collected
from the students who will be newly registered to our university within the scope of the Quota for
Admission from Abroad and students who are still registered, to be paid in two equal installments
during registration renewal each semester.

1) a) Those who are foreign nationals and have graduated from high school-level educational
institutions affiliated to the Ministry of National Education, Turkish Religious Foundation and Turkish
Maarif Foundation, International Imam-Hatip Programs and Minority High Schools and Imam-Hatip
High Schools affiliated to Muslim religious administrations; According to the 4th and 5th paragraphs
of Article 3 of the Presidency's Decision Regarding the Determination of Tuition Fees and Contributions
to be Taken as Student Contribution to the Current Service Costs in Higher Education Institutions in the
2021-2022 Academic Year, published in the Official Gazette, do not pay tuition fees during normal
education.

b) Syrian students, excluding those who were hosted in our country due to the events in the
Syrian Arab Republic and were in the application and registration process before the 2020-2021
Academic Year and previous years, have to pay the fee determined for the 2022-2023 Academic Year
according to the University Administrative Board's decisions, In the following years, they pay the fee
determined by the University Administrative Board for the students coming from abroad within the
scope of Student Admission Quotas.

c) Students who are registered within the scope of the International Student Admission Quotas
continue to pay the tuition fee determined by the University Executive Board every year according to
the registration status in the admission year.

d) The students specified in item a) of the 1st article within the scope of International Student
Admission Quotas who have exceeded their regular education period and among the students who were
placed in our university according to the principles determined by the Higher Education Council within
the framework of the State Scholarship and Bilateral Agreements, students who lost their scholarship
are obliged to pay the tuition fees determined by the University Executive Board every year, which
differ according to the entrance year. The provisions of this article are also applied to students who have
entered this status in the 2022- 2023 Academic Year and in previous years.

e) Students who are placed according to the principles determined by the Council of Higher
Education from the countries by the State Scholarship (YTB) and cooperation protocol and/or
memorandum signed by the Higher Education Council , are subject to “the 3rd paragraph of the 3rd
article and the 3rd paragraph of the 7th article of the Decision on the Determination of Shares and
Tuition Fees that will be Received as Student Contribution to the Current Service Costs in Higher
Education Institutions in the 2021-2022 Academic Year of the Presidency". published in the Official
Gazette .

2) Students registered in our University in daytime education in 2018-2019 Academic Year and
before pay 4 times the amount determined in the “Decision Regarding the Determination of Tuition
Fees and Contribution Shares to be Taken as Student Contribution to Current Service Costs in the
Presidency of Higher Education Institutions” and Students registered in our University in evening
education pay 1.5 times the tuition fee.

3) The students who are obliged to pay fees by enrolling in our University in the 2019- 2020
Academic Year with the Student Quotas from Abroad, pay fees in the amount determined by the
University Executive Board, increased by the CPI (TÜFE) rate in June of each year in the academic
year of 2021-2022 and in the following years. The tuition fee to be paid by these students is announced
on the website of the University's Department of Student Affairs based on the June 2022 CPI rate.

4) Students who registered at our University in the 2020-2021 and 2021-2022 Academic Years
with the Quota for International Student Admission and will be registered in the 2022-2023 Academic
Year are obliged to pay the fees stated in the table below.

In accordance with the 21st article of Eskişehir Osmangazi University Foreign Student Application,
Admission and Registration Directive; Students who will newly register at our university pay the
determined semester tuition fee before registration. Candidates who do not pay the semester tuition fee
during the online registration dates lose their registration rights.

Students who do not have a TÖMER certificate of achievement; are obliged to pay the tuition fee of the
program they are registered to. Students who do not pay the tuition fee cannot benefit from student
rights. The tuition fees paid by students who do not have a TÖMER certificate of achievement are
deducted from the following semester fee.
