AFFIDAVIT OF NO IMPROVEMENT

         I, ARNELYN CAMAYO, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Baculod,

Alcala, Cagayan, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law,
depose and state:

1. That I acquired a parcel of land by virtue of Deed of Sale which is more

particularly described as follows:

“A parcel of land Lot No. 1378, Pls-497, situated at Baculod, Alcala,

Cagayan containing an area of 1,097 square meters, covered by OCT No.
P-10138.”

2. That I hereby state that the above-mentioned property has no existing

improvements of whatever kind and nature and it remained idle up to
the present; 

3. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing

facts and for whatever legal intents and purposes that it may serve;

hat I am further executing this affidavit as a compliance of the

requirements of Registry of Deeds for the Province/City of _____________ for the
annotation of the title and for whatever legal purpose it may serve
