DEED OF PARTITION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT:

This Deed is entered into by and between the below-named parties this _____ day of
____________ 2023 here in Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines:

RALPH BORJA CASIÑO, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen and a resident of
Cagayan de Oro City, hereinafter referred to as the First Party; and

EDWIN AMIK, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen and a resident of Cagayan de Oro
City, hereinafter referred to as the Second Party; and

2855 AQUARIUS REALTY CORPORATION represented by its President EDNA

PUERTAS, of legal age, married, Filipino Citizen and a resident of Cagayan de Oro City,
hereinafter referred to as the Third Party;

-WITNESSETH-

That the First Party, the Second Party and the Third Party by virtue of Deeds of Absolute
Sale are the owners of that property situated at Aposkahoy, Claveria Misamis Oriental and
covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. TCT No. E-2012 with Certificate of Land Ownership
Award (CLOA) No. 00054043;

That the purpose of this partition agreement, the above-described parcel of land was
subdivided into three (3) lots, in accordance with Lot 1,PSD-10-000782, the blueprint and
approved technical description are hereto attached and made integral hereof;

That the above-named parties have agreed to terminate their existing community of
ownership and their respective shares and participation be adjudicated to them;

That the parties above-named have agreed to partition the above-described parcel of land
in the manner as follows:

Unto 2855 AQUARIUS REALTY CORPORATION represented by its President

EDNA PUERTAS, his heirs and assigns Lot 1-A, PSD-10-000782, containing an area of ONE
THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED (1,500) SQUARE METERS, more or less; and

Unto EDWIN AMIK, his heirs and assigns Lot 1-B, PSD-10-000782 , containing an area
of ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED (1,500) SQUARE METERS more or less; and

Unto RALPH B. CASIÑO, his heirs and assigns Lot 1-C, PSD-10-000782, containing
an area of NINE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SIXTY THREE ( 9,663) SQUARE METERS,
more or less;

That it is hereby requested that the new Transfer Certificates of Titles be issued in the
names of the above-named parties in accordance with this Deed of Partition.
