OFFER OF HOUSING UNIT (GREY STRUCTURE) AT PHA RESIDENCIA PESHAWAR TO
SUCCESSFUL MEMBERS THROUGH BALLOTING

PHA Foundation is pleased to inform that you have been successful for allotment of a grey
structure housing unit of Cat-III of PHA Residencia Surizai, Kohat Road Peshawar housing project through
computerized balloting held on August 11, 2020. The result of balloting can be seen online at the website
of PHA-F at (www.pha.gov.pk).

2. PHA-Foundation offers you a grey structure house with three different designs, covered area ,
accommodation and price. You are requested to select an option of your choice. The detail of options
alongwith payment schedule are attached at separately.

3. On acceptance of this offer, you shall deposit 10% down payment against the housing unit along
with Rs.10,000/- for FG employee and Rs. 15,000/- for General Public respectively on account of
documentation charges on or before (October 15, 2020).

4. You shall deposit the remaining 80% payment of the unit in twelve (12) equal quarterly or 36
monthly installments.

5. You shall deposit remaining 10% of the amount at the time of offer of possession of your housing
unit.

6. It is further informed that payment is acceptable in the form of Demand Draft /Pay Order prepared in
favour of PHA Foundation, Islamabad.

7. Kindly be informed that the said offer is conditional and subject to verification of your credentials ,
service record (where applicable) and observance of criteria as per terms and conditions of allotment.
8. It is advisable to deposit the installments well in time. In case of default, delayed payment charges
(DPC) shall be levied @ 1% per month of the defaulted installment(s).

9. It is further informed that if at any point of time, the contents of the affidavit attached with the
application or any other information provided in membership form is found to be false, incorrect or any
material fact is found to have been concealed / mis-stated or suppressed, the allotment of the unit shall be
cancelled.

10. A rebate of 5% & 2.5% of the house price is allowed if you raise your payment up to 100% or 50%
respectively on or before the due date of 1st installment.

11. It is also pertinent to mention that in case of failure to deposit the down payment within
stipulated time i-e October 15, 2020, this offer of allotment shall stand automatically cancelled and
the unit will be offered to other members as per waiting list. You shall not claim any rights against
such housing unit.

12. Government taxes/duties shall applicable as per law of the land.

13. House & Lane numbers will be allotted through computerized balloting on completion of the project.

14. Possession charges @ Rs. 30/sft will be charged from you at the time of handing over of the
physical possession of the housing unit to you.

15. You are requested to forward a signed application form along with the affidavits & service certificate
in case of Government Employee as per enclosed specimen along with the down payment within the cutoff
date.

16. PHA Foundation appreciates your interest shown in the PHA Residencia, Surizai, Kohat road
Peshawar housing project and expects that you will keep extending your co -operation in all the matters
including but not limited to clearance of your dues in time in order to avoid any inconvenience.

17. PHA-F facilitates in availing bank loan facility as well upon your request.
