PEC Assessment

This personal assessment tool asks the person taking it to rate themselves on 48 statements regarding personal characteristics and behaviors on a scale of 1 to 5. The assessment is meant to help discover the individual's personal effectiveness competencies (PECs). It covers areas like consideration of risks, accomplishing tasks on time, confidence, problem solving, decision making, initiative, adaptability, and risk taking. Upon completion, the individual will have rated themselves on how well each statement describes them in order to determine their strengths and weaknesses across the various PECs.

by checking the column that indicates how well the statement describes you. Use the
