C. Motivation
- The teacher will ask questions to students regarding their dreams in life.
Questions:
1. What are your dreams in life?
- After asking those questions, the teacher will emphasize to the students that there are those
individuals who are motivated to fulfill their dreams in life because of their status of living.
- Also, the teacher will give a clear example of a particular person who is considered “the richest man in
the country” in the person of Henry Sy, Sr.
*It is to be noted that a video clip about the story of Henry Sy, Sr. will be presented.
D. Lesson Proper
a. Pre – activity
- The teacher will introduce the topic and present the objectives of the lesson.
- The students will be asked about their ideas on entrepreneurship based on the motivational activity.
- The teacher will ask the students with the following questions:
1. What is entrepreneurship?

b. Activity Proper
The class will be divided into four groups. Each group will choose a leader and a presenter of the
output. They will work cooperatively to identify the different characteristics of successful entrepreneurs
that are given in the box. The teacher will check the output of each group. Then the group reporter will
present the output. Outputs will be rated according to the Scoring Rubrics below.
*Note: A separate activity sheets are prepared by the teacher. Instructions on what the students should
do are also indicated.
c. Post Activity
The scores will be tallied. The teacher will give additional information on the part which she thinks was
not fully understood by the students.
