ACCEPTANCE OF AN EXECUTIVE POSITION

I write in reference to the appointment letter dated 5TH JANUARY, 2023 with
reference No. FOSA/PRESS/2016 which offered me as a member of the
WELFARE COMMITTEE OF FOSA16. I hereby accept the appointment
offered to me. I feel confident that by the power and strength of the almighty
God I will make a significant contribution to the association and I am grateful
for the opportunity given to me.

I promise to abide by all rules and regulations governing the association at all
times. I also accept that at any point in time if I go contrary to any of these rules
and regulations of the association, the necessary sanctions shall be meted out to
me. I promise to work diligently together with my co-executives towards the
