    Objectives/Agenda: To give TA to teachers in the field of teaching & learning during the new normal

    Highlights of the Activity :


     Provide TA in the development of Learning Resource material during limited face-to-face
    classes
     Provide TA on the conduct of INSET
     Provide TA in making assessments
     Provide TA on the grading system of the new normal modality
     Provide TA on Learning management
     Provide TA on Monitoring of Learners
     Provide TA on the preparation of school reports during the new normal both printed & online
    submission
     Provide TA on instruction in the new normal modality

    Narrative:
    The School Year 2021-2022 has brought many challenges not only to teachers but also to
    learners. The lesser to no exposure of learners to actual teachers and classroom setup has brought
    about a decline in the performance of learners and challenged teachers to adjust to the new normal
    situation in the field of professionalism.
    Thus, it is the role of the Master teacher to give technical assistance to teachers in need,
    thru LAC sessions, INSET, or informal as it is needed. The above-mentioned agenda was
    conducted throughout the SY to give a smooth flow of the teacher’s professional tasks.

    Results/Output:
    Quality assured school level learning Resources, the Professionally equipped individual in
    preparation of School reports, etc aligned with the new limited face-to-face learning modality.
