About This Template

This content calendar was designed to help plan and schedule content
development for bloggers and other internet publishers. It can modified and
used for other types of content development as well.

Instructions and Notes

Use the Settings Worksheet

You can change some of the labels and options in the Settings worksheet. You
can also customize the list of holidays in the Settings worksheet.

Moving Rows
After you select an entire row (SHIFT+SPACE), if you hold the SHIFT key as
you click and drag the edge of the selection with your mouse, you can use the
mouse to drag the row to move it. This is a very convenient way to move rows.

Adding More Rows

When you insert new rows, you should insert a blank row between rows that
have the formatting you want. If you do that, the formatting will be copied
automatically.

IMPORTANT: After inserting a new row, copy a previous row and paste
over the new row so that all of the formula are copied into the new row!

Changing the Colors

Changing the colors in the legends won't change anything. The best way to
change the colors used for the 6 status options is to customize the Theme
Colors (Accent colors 1-6). Go to Page Layout > Themes.

Conditional Formatting
This spreadsheet uses conditional formatting quite heavily. To edit conditional
formatting rules, go to Conditional Formatting > Manage Rules and select "This
Worksheet" to see and edit all the rules.

Content Worksheet, Column B

Column B serves no functional purpose other than making the list look a bit
more interesting, color-coded based on the Status.

Hashtags
The Hashtags worksheet provides a way to list your commonly used hashtags,
using the Sort and Filter features in Excel to pick which of the hashtags you
want to use in your post.
