Subject:- A compelence Monitoring Programme covering all type of Industries requreing EPL
located in UC, Kattankudy, UC, Eravur town and PS,Oddamavadi

As per the Minutes of Hon. Environmental Minister`s programme in Batticaloa District during
April 10 – 12, 2023 presence of Chairman, DG, and all DGGS of the CEA.

Accordingly, a discussion was held with the Hon. Minister and Chairman, DG, and all DGGS of
the CEA at UC, Eravur town at 9.30am to 11.00am on 12.04.2023 presence of ACLG,
Batticaloa, Secretaries of UC, Kattankudy, UC Eravur Town and PS, Oddamavadi. During this
discussion a decision was taken by them to arrange a compliance monitoring programme
covering all types of industries requiring EPL during 1st and 2nd week of May 2023 located in the
above said local authorities.
