this Honorable Court, most respectfully state that:

1. They have been charged for “VIOL. OF SEC. 1 (a) (1), P.D No.

compassion in requesting for a reduction of the aforesaid bail to
the amount of FOUR THOUSAND PESOS (P 4,000.00) EACH.

4. This motion is being filed without prejudice to any other

remedy which may be available to the accused, including the
right to question the legality of their arrest, as may be
warranted by the circumstances.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, the accused most

respectfully pray unto this Honorable Court that the aforesaid
amount of their bail be reduced to FOUR THOUSAND PESOS (P
4,000.00);
Other reliefs deemed just and equitable are likewise prayed for.
