1. What is my predominant quadrant (including sweet space), where I live primarily? What is
my triggered quadrant, when I am under pressure?
2. Looking back at the past week, are there any incidents where I moved from my
predominant to triggered quadrant?
3. For a period of six days, I select and attempt any 2 practices corresponding to my
predominant/triggered quadrants (refer to box given below). I then reflect on my experience
with these practices
