Daily Maintenance & operation

A Ensure the clean solvent tank is empty.
Ensure the bottom of the boiler is clean.
B Remove any contaminants from the bottom of boiler.
C Replace the plastic bag.*
Fill up the unit with used solvent to a level of 2” below
D the retaining ring.
E Keep the surface of the unit clean.
weekly Maintenance
I Inspect and clean condenser fins if necessary.
F Review and replace illegible or damaged stickers.
G Verify that the air pressure is 90 psi.
H Verifiy if the vacuum gauge is between (-22) & (-27) inHg.
When the unit is full of used solvent :
1. Make sure the lip of the boiler is clean.
2. Verify the ‘‘gasket’’ is in good shape and clean.
3. Close the lid.
4. Press the < start > button.
5. Verify that the oil breather plug (E/L) is not plugged up.

Flush clean solvent through the used solvent pump Check the oil level in the overflow tank is at 1’’
