Daily Maintenance & operation


A Ensure the clean solvent tank is empty. F Review and replace illegible or damaged stickers.
Ensure the bottom of the boiler is clean. G Verify that the air pressure is 90 psi.
B Remove any contaminants from the bottom of boiler. H Verifiy if the vacuum gauge is between (-22) & (-27) inHg.
C Replace the plastic bag.* When the unit is full of used solvent :
Fill up the unit with used solvent to a level of 2” below 1. Make sure the lip of the boiler is clean.
