 Job posting for particular requirements on different Portals
 Source candidates from database and different jobs portals like Naukri.com.
 Screening CV’s & after that shortlisting.
 Cold Calling candidates to encourage their interest.
 Manages full recruitment life cycle
 Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, and usingnewsgroups and job sites.
 Sources resumes for roles in Digital/ Technology/ Analytics recruitment
