Requirements

2. Last stamp of entry or exit from the country or document

that proves the legality of the migratory status.

(M- Type)
For foreigners who have constant monthly income derived from

a pension granted by a State or private pension fund.

* This visa allows for the accumulation of time towards the

Residency.

* This visa will have a validity of up to three (3) years and does

not allow working in the national territory. This visa does not

allow its holder to affiliate with the Colombian Social Security

System.
 Requirements
1. Certification recognizing the monthly payment of a lifelong pension in

favor of the foreign, in an amount not less than three (3) minimum legal

monthly wages, duly apostilled and translated.

2. Certificate of criminal, penal, or police records issued by the authority

of the country where the foreigner has resided during the last three (3)

years, with the formalities of apostille or legalization and translation.

3. Medical certificate issued by the Colombian authority or by the medical

health authority of the country of origin.

4. Demonstrate that the petitioner has health coverage in Colombia or a

health insurance policy with coverage in the national territory.
