It’s to be recalled that Maxbridge education and Development SC has entered an agreement with your
Company for the revision of Existing Strategic Management Plan, Feasibility Study and Business plan.

Though our agreement was to revise the intended Strategic Plan document provided that your esteemed
company was expected to deliver the mentioned document, Maxbridge started the development of the
Strategic Management plan from the scratch and able to prepare full-fledged strategic Plan document and
submitted the final document accordingly.

In so doing, the preparation of those document was very difficult and complex, as it required more time and
effort than expected, which we were forced to ask for additional payment. In this regard, a common
understanding was reached with your company though our meeting held in your office.

This is, hence, to request your esteemed company to pay additional payment considering our effort and
time exerted in the preparation of the mentioned document.
