Ginger beer
500g water 2 cups
28g sugar 2stp
22g ginger 2stp
In 1 quart glass
Leave 24 hours

Repeat every 24 hours till fizzy and active


2 to 3 days

2 quarts water
273 g sugar
54g ginger
Bring to boil
Simmer 5 to 8 mins
Cool to room temp
Filter
½ cup or 110g ginger bug
3 lemons juice
Transfer to bottles
Cork
Release for 3 to 6 days
