The system has been designed on multiple zone control and to retain unit performance the number of
zones to be operational has been based on the combined heat load of:

Warranty: Workmanship guaranteed for 12 months from date of installation
Equipment, parts, and components are covered by manufacturers warranties
Zone Motors: 5 years parts warranty
Unit: Manufacturers warranty (5 years compressor, parts, and labour warranty)
Exclusions: Any electrical upgrading to a switchboard
3 Phase power to the switchboard
The provision of single / three phase power to be terminated in an isolation switch
adjacent to the outdoor unit
Ceiling access panels to service AC indoor units and zone motors as required by
manufacturer
Any painting, or making good to surfaces
Level slab or base adequate to accommodate outdoor condenser unit
Tundishes for condensate drains from air conditioning systems
Construction of bulkheads, which conceal ducting
Brick or masonry wall penetrations as may be required
Penetrations through concrete slabs and floors
Trimming of timber joists for First floor return air
Supply or fitting of door grilles
Terms Of Payment:
On acceptance of quotation a minimum deposit of 25%, or company order is required.
Balance due and payable on the day of the completion of the installation.
For premises under construction a progress claim submitted at various stages of installation.
All pricing includes GST.

This quotation is valid for 30 days and is subject to a site inspection.
