Steps to Download Form 16

1. Access Link: https://www.ess.adp.in/ESS4/

2. Company Name:
3. Username: It is your employee id
4. Password: If you don't recollect your password, hit "Forgot Password" and you will receive the password in
your mailbox. If you still face any problem, write a mail to mypayroll.helpdesk@adp.com for help.

Steps to validate Digital Signature for Form 16

On opening the Form 16, at the last page bottom left end you would find a sign
stating 'Signature not valid / trusted', this would be the case on receipt of a digitally signed document received
from a new source.
You need to follow the below steps to get the digital signature validated on your computer/ laptop.

Step 1: Right click on the page and click on the Signature panel as below

After you click the signature panel you will see the below and click certified by R Raghavan as
mentioned below
This will take you to the last page of your Form16 for validation signature.
Save the Form16 in your desktop for your future use and filing the income tax return.
