AFFIDAVIT OF DESISTANCE

I, Ma. Elvie Obog legal age, Filipino, with address at EQGRANT LENDING
CORP., 3rd Floor Ramos Bldg., Old Pala-Pala Road, Sampaloc 1, Dasmañas, Province
of Cavite, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with the law, hereby
depose and say that;

1. I am the authorized complainant of EQGRANT LENDING CORP., in

Criminal Case No. 20-302 to 20-305 for Violation of BP22 pending before the
Municipal Trial Court.

2. In connection with the foregoing criminal case of four (4) counts of Estafa
in violation of BP 22 due to returned checks, the Parties were able to
communicate with each other and had come to an amicable settlement regarding
the subject matter of the same.

3. In view thereof, the company’s management has authorized me to

withdraw the case filed against the defendant for the four (4) counts of Estafa
while the remaining returned checks will be subjected for review;

4. This affidavit is being executed by me, as authorized by the management,

for the purpose of seeking a dismissal of the pending claim or signifying my
intention to desist from prosecuting the Defendant from the four (4) counts of
Estafa;

5. The foregoing statements have been fully read by me and/or read, that
the same are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief.
