Lisa and the 200 emails

Lisa sat at her desk, staring at her computer screen. She had over 200
emails to answer, but she just couldn't seem to get started. She sighed
and rubbed her temples.

She knew she needed to be productive, but she just couldn't seem to find
the motivation. She looked around her office, and she saw all of her co-
workers hard at work. She felt a pang of guilt. She knew she should be
working too, but she just couldn't seem to find the energy.

She decided to just take a few minutes to relax and clear her head. She
got up and walked over to the window. She looked out at the city below.
It was a beautiful day, but she couldn't enjoy it. All she could think
about was work.

She took a deep breath and tried to relax. She closed her eyes and
imagined herself on a beach, surrounded by palm trees and crystal-clear
water. She felt the sun on her skin and the sand between her toes. She
felt relaxed and at peace.

After a few minutes, she opened her eyes and felt a little better. She
knew she couldn't just sit around and relax all day. She had to get back
to work.

She went back to her desk and started to answer her emails. She worked
slowly and methodically, one email at a time. She didn't want to make
any mistakes, so she took her time.

After a few hours, she had finally answered all of her emails. She felt a
sense of accomplishment. She had been productive, and she had gotten
everything done.

But as she reviewed her work, she realized that she had made a lot of
mistakes. She had misspelled words, she had forgotten to include
important information, and she had even sent one email to the wrong
person.

She was frustrated with herself. She knew that she was supposed to be a
smart person, but she couldn't seem to do anything right. She felt like a
failure.

She decided to take a break from work. She went for a walk in the park,
and she tried to clear her head. She thought about all of the things that
she was good at, and she realized that she was actually a pretty smart
person.

She just needed to find a way to apply her intelligence to her work. She
knew that she could do it, she just had to believe in herself.

She went back to her desk and started to work on her emails again. This
time, she took her time and made sure to check her work carefully. She
also asked for help from her co-workers when she needed it.=

No matter what she did, Lisa seemed to always fail. She made many
mistakes when answering emails, and she often failed to meet deadlines.
Her co-workers were frustrated with her, and she was starting to lose
confidence in herself.
