1. Boom Condition / Lubrication.

2. Control Labels and Emergency Stop Button functioning.
3. Platform, railing condition clear from defect and SWL displayed.
4. Scissor Arm and Boom Condition
5. Indicator ( Check for cracks, damage and test )
6. Hooter ( Test )
7. Tyre pressure ( Check outer wall damage, valves )

8. Wheel nuts / wheel hub

9. Grease nipples and grease on all joints
10. Oil leaks
11. Hydraulic hoses and solenoid valve in good condition( Function test and leaks )
12. Battery terminals and charger in good condition.

13. Brakes (Ensure test is carried out on the brakes before commencing work.

14. Safety system check inspect and test (Emergency Lowering and Overload Cut-Off )

15. BASKET CONDITION.

16. Out riggers and padding IF APLICABLE

17. Beacon Light, Swing Cab Alarm, Reverse Alarm and Ascending Alarm Function test.

18. A E D (anti entrapment device)

19. OTHERS

20. Hydraulic oil level

21. Transmission fluid level

22. Brake fluid level ( Failure to check these levels will result in possible brake failure )
