2. Work area barricaded with warning signs displayed.
3. Piing machine are placed on a safe and sound foundation ground
4. All openings left by piling operations are properly barricaded
5. Sides of excavation to be made safe by shoring, stepping or others.
6. Open cut slope are covered with concrete or water proof cover.
7. Workers and operators are provided with appropriate PPE's (ear plug)
8. Piling equipment is inspected by operator before use
