Comments: Caton is proactive, self-directed, and consistently engaged in learning; needs minimal guidance; is knowledgeable; and
appropriately incorporates knowledge with skills. He integrates evidence-based practices in patient care. Great communication
skills, excellent team player and stays above and beyond for patient care. Always available to the patient and to the staff, spend
time with patient, responds for call bell, behave very well with the team. Caton always ask questions and willing to learn new task.
