SUMMARY OF INSPECTION
Visual inspection of the scrubber tower has been carried out on January 26, 2023. This inspection is only carried out on the outside and does not get
to the inside.
Summary result:

1. Observed stain at body of scrubber Tower (Photo #2)

2. Observed lack of sealant on Nozzle (Photo #3, #4)
3. Observed spot localize corrosion on nozzle (Photo #4)
4. Observed spot localize corrosion on support (Photo #5, #6)
5. Piping damage observed in the scrubber tower pipework (Photo #8 ~ #12)
6. Heavy corrosion was observed on the scrubber tower deck (Photo #13, #17)
7. Heavy corrosion was observed on the bolts and nuts and blower of scrubber tower (Photo #14, #15)
8. Heavy corrosion was observed on the bolts and nuts and ducting of scrubber tower (Photo #16)
9. Heavy corrosion and broken was observed on the cable guard of motor (Photo #18)
10. Heavy corrosion was observed on the cover of motor (Photo #19)
11. Heavy corrosion was observed on the nozzle of scrubber tower (Photo #20)
12. Moderate corrosion was observed on the support of scrubber tower (Photo #21)
13. Generally good condition

PROPOSED REMEDIAL ACTION (Action dated and agree with assignees)

1. For finding no. 1, Clean the stains and repaint according to the painting procedure.
2. For finding no. 2, repair of sealant according to the procedure.
3. For finding no. 3,4,6,7,8,10,11,12, repaint according to the painting procedure.
4. For finding no. 5, replace pipe spool and accessories with a new one.
5. For finding no. 9, replace with a new one.
