Insights or Realizations

The LAC session has made me realize that when were stressed or burned out, we don’t
have to stay with it, but rather find alternative activities that we can be productive and
enjoying it as well.
Lessons Learned
Recreation—especially in nature—helps our brains relax and stimulates us
cognitively, which results in greater productivity at work. Our brains also release
more serotonin, a happiness hormone, which improves our moods, relieves stress,
and makes us better colleagues, friends, and family members.

Insights or Realizations
The class record is a document contains the record of performance of their students. In several
institutions class record is distributed. The teachers will use it by transferring the grades of students
from source in any form to the class record. This made me realize the importance of this e-class
record in terms of accuracy and most of all ,its benefit to the teachers in terms of time.

Lessons Learned
It is important that teachers nowadays must have e-class record aside from the dirty class
record because it will help the teacher save time and effort in computing masnually using
calculator.It is more accurate than the once computed manually

Topics: How to cultivate a lifetime Reading habit

Insights or Realizations
In this topic, I have realized that reading habits are calculated as how much a person read, how
often do they read, when do they read and what do they read. Reading can be summarized as a
habit that involves books, printed articles, and electronic materials. It varies differently of how each
material can affect their reading habits.
Lessons Learned
Reading is great for improving communication skills, comprehension, spelling, and
communication. It also encourages imagination. The best thing about reading is that it is a
skill that can be used for a lifetime. There are many ways to encourage children to read by
providing them with reading material that they enjoy.
