AFFIDAVIT OF DENIAL

I, ATTY. CHRISTOPHER RYAN P. ROSAL, Filipino, of legal age, married, an

employee of DAR Regional Office VIII, Tacloban City, Philippines, holding the position of
Attorney V designated as Regional Chief Legal, after being duly sworn to in accordance with
law, hereby depose and state:

1. That I got hold of a document entitled “Certification of DAR Clearance

Exemption” hereto attached as Exhibit “A”;

2. That the said document was signed by one Atty. Cristhoper Ryan P. Rosal ;

3. That I vehemently deny that I was the one who signed such certification bearing
a forged signature of mine;

4. That my position does not have the authority to sign a Certification of DAR
Clearance Exemption;

5. As such, the document being a falsified and forged document, it produces no

legal effect;

6. That I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing and to
deny the truthfulness and due execution of the said document.
