XLRI Jamshedpur carefully assembles a diverse
cohort of students with excellent academic
and professional pedigree under its PGDM GM
program. The program transforms the students

GM is one of the flagship programs of XLRI,

I have been associated with the GM Program of
XLRI since its inception in late nineties. Teaching
these students has been challenging and
rewarding as they bring in varied perspectives
from their personal experiences from different
domains. At any point in time, the cumulative
experience in a class would be over 600 years.
Their probing challenges the theories to the core
and enhances the learning of the entire cohort
and the faculty. I am confident the current batch
of students will keep shining as bright as they
move towards their next journey.

I am associated with the GM program for
the past 25 years since its inception. The
working
professionals know about the opportunity cost
and make the most of the case studies,
assignments, and other team tasks. The
experience of teaching them has been nothing
short of delightful. The unique proposition of
learning offered by GM adds tremendous value
to students’ personal growth and long-term
career aspirations. It hones the future leaders
