report after 2nd Year. I owe special debt of gratitude to
Mr.Chandrabhan Prajapati, Lecturer Mechanical Engineering,
Government Polytechnic Bargarh (Chitrakoot). For his constant

thoroughness and perseverance have been a constant source of inspiration

1. About the Company/Industry/Organization :-
Process and Product Development Centre (PPDC), Agra
was established with assistance from UNDP/ UNIDO and Government of UP to support
Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises across the country with special focus on
Foundry, Forging, and Engineering Clusters. Initially, it was set up under the
control Small Industries Development Organisation, Government of India, and later
converted into an autonomous body w.e.f. 21st July 1986.
After the implementation of the MSME ACT, the name was changed as
MSME Technology Development Centre (PPDC) Agra. The Process and Product
development Centre (PPDC) functions under the administrative control of the
Governing Council. The Additional Secretary & Development Commissioner
(MSME), Ministry of MSME, Government of India is the Chairman of the Governing
Council. The Principal Director is the CHIEF EXECUTIVE of the centre.
2. Department of industry I have undergone for Training :-
When I was doing training under PPDC AGRA . Then
that was my training department CNC PROGRAMING .
3. My role and responsibilities during Training :-
During the training, I used to try to get information about
how the CNC machine works .Used to try to know about the equipment used in the
CNC machine and the codes used for them . Learned all the information for CNC
machine which Guidance taught in training.Whatever homework was given during
training.It was our responsibility to complete it very well . We tried to fulfill our
responsibilities which were completed on time.
4. Skill and Knowledge that I have acquired during Training :-
During the training process, we learned about the
different types of activations on the lathe machine.Teach to fit the tool in the lathe
machine, chuck the workpiece Learned many operations in operations Such as turning
facing drilling, boring grooving, drilling, farming, profiling, step turning and other
types of operations are completed.With the help of lathe machine, all these operations also
got information about milling machine.The operations that I have gained by doing them
on CNC machines.This proves that we can work efficiently in any company.
