3. Point to each balloon in turn and say the colour. Pupils repeat.
4. Teacher plays the recording. Pupils listen and point to the balloons. (CD1 08)
5. Pupils listen again and say the colours.
6. Tell pupils to take out their coloured pencils.
ACTIVITIES 7. Play the recording (CD1 09). Pupils make a dot of the right colour in each hat.
8. Play the recoding again for pupils to check. They compare answers in pairs.(21st CA)
9. Demonstrate the activity by giving an example sentences. E.g. I’m …., My hat is … (and …)
10. Pupils say the other sentences in pairs.
11. Elicit the sentences in turn and write them on the board. (HOTS)
