"WHY I LOVE DOING SPORT IN MY HOMETOWN"

I usually do exercise in my house, I’ve had an application that

explain me how do some exercise, the name of the app is “Fitness
femenino”, I started in pandemic because the doctor recommended
me practice it for the advantages and It was difficult went to go to
the gym in that situation, the constancy was a challenge for me,
until my brother too started to practice with me.

At first was very difficult for me because I don’t practice exercise

and I’m not athletic but I like the martial arts, little by little the
exercise was easier until that I was sick with covid, therefore I had
that started again the last year with much strong.

Do exercise is very good, you can will win resistance and be healthy, it helps to a lot people with
the emotional health too, in my case it was the best decision in my health, recently the nutritionist
recommended me complement with health food and now I feel better than before. I think the
people should eat health and do exercise, but mustn’t forget od the emotional health, going to a
psychologist is a good idea for it.

Now the people can do exercise in their houses with the help of the applications and YouTube
videos, maybe they can do it with their friends or family, the idea is to be healthy. I hope that
people that they are very important.

- We'll learn the correct use of phrasal verbs.

Now we will comprise the importance of studying English specifically the topic word order of
phrasal verbs, well, you ask yourself: what’s phrasal verbs? The answer is very simple is a
compound verb, divided in Verb, adverb or/and preposition, therefore if you want to separate the
meaning changes,

for example

Pick up: this phrasal verb, its synonym collects, gather means in Spanish recoger but if we separate
this phrasal verb: pick + up

Pick , it’s a verb and the synonym are choose or select, in Spanish means escoger

Up: it’s a particle and synonym is over, in Spanish means arriba

As we see the separate words have a very different meaning from the phrasal verb

Other example: Get over this phrasal verb, is recuperate from illness its synonym overcome,
surmount, means in Spanish recuperar

Get: it’s a verb and it has different means a synonym is obtain, in Spanish means conseguir

Over: it’s a particle the synonym is above, atop, in Spanish means encima

In certain cases, it is allowed to separate the verb from the object or particle, for this it’s necessary
to follow certain rules according to the types of phrasal verbs

intransitive phrasal verbs

The action affect just to subject in the sentences. these are: check in, come on, get up, go away, go
back, go out, sit down, wake up, stand up.

but I no longer had time to know if it was just a dream or not, I
must leave the house as soon as I could, but the car in which I
was traveling broke down.
Then I took a cab but it turned out that I had left my wallet at
home, so I had to go back again! A horrible experience that can't
happen again
