Wheat Intake/Storage and Substation

No activities in this area.

Screens room and Pollard packing

Trouble at pollard packing #1 bag lift malfunctioning. Found out defective push button. Pulled out
and repaired then reinstall. (2hrs) Elect.
Replace bin 4 discharger motor due to defective motor high ampere. Overhaul existing. (8hrs)
Elect.

Mill Proper
Installed back M883 strato fractor motor, Checking of rotation and testing. (4hrs) Elect. Mech.
Pull out another strato motor from Mill 1A (M1888), for overhauling. (4hrs) Elect.
Trouble at Mill 1B roller, defective 3kg load cell due to cleaning of rollers. Replaced 3kg load cell
and calibrate. Tested and observed. (2hrs) Elect.

Flour Silo, Flour Packing and warehousing

Checked carousel packing operation temporarily fixed broken push button box of carousel #2
conveyor. (1.5hrs) Elect.
Trouble at carousel #1 over and under. Upon checking, found out that FMD install magnet at
hopper casing of erratic weighing. Remove magnet then test run. Okay. (2hrs) Elect.
Dismantling of unused pipes at 6th floor flour silo. (4hrs) Elect.
Double check unused shut off valve for Mill 2. (2hrs) Elect.
Dismantling and tracing of unused wiring controls of Mill 1A control panel flour silo. (8hrs) Elect.

Machining / Fabrication Shop.

Testing of 4 units of newly rewinded motor at electrical shop, perform resistance and insulation
check then reading of no load amperage. (2hrs) Elect.
Assist loading of scrap wires. (2hrs) Elect.
Drawing of schematic diagram for additional LPF and Filter control. (2hrs) Elect.
