Time Program
10.00 am - Committee arrive at hotel
10.10 am - Unload prizes from lorry to Ballroom
10.30 am - Start sorting the prizes according numbering in the ballroom
11.00 am - Decoration vendor arrive and start deco on the photobooth and entrance
to ballroom until finish (estimate finish by 4.00 pm)
12.30 pm - Committee will go for lunch
1.30 pm - Continue sorting prizes
2.30 pm - Sound and music machine arrive and start set up the equipment
- Committee will check-in but after that to continue anything pending at ballroom
3.30 pm - Rehersal until finish
4.30/ 5.00 pm - Committee will check-in to get dress
6.00 pm - Food to be ready for performer & dancers
6.30 pm - Registration counter start open
