Subject: - INFORMATION / STATUS REGARDING PRINCIPAL, OFFICER /

OFFICIAL RESIDENCES.

It has been noticed to the undersigned that some Officers / Officials who have
not paying house rent are after their retirement are occupying in some Public Colleges of D.G.
Khan Division. To clear this issue, you are hereby directed to furnish the information / status
of Principal’s, Officers / Officials Residence situated at your college, if any, on following
format, to this Directorate through your respective Deputy Director (Colleges), within three
days positively to proceed further if you have concealed the factual position you will be held
responsible for the consequences as the Concerned Deputy Director Colleges will check the
residences at any time during visit to your college.
